"Ok. I'm not an icing girly, but I do think this place absolutely knows how to do it; the consistency & sweetness of buttercream without the heavy oiliness of store-bought. And usually the cake part of chocolate cakes/cupcakes is pretty bland or bitter but their chocolate cake itself is good. The coffee is good, but they only offer a small size. And I was pleased by the pretty pink bakery box. However... The vanilla cupcake was kind of sad altogether and was strangely cold, as though thawed from frozen? The cupcakes in general were all quite small and the cake was dwarfed by icing it couldn't hold up. The taste (and tiny size) isn't exceptional enough to warrant $4/each; the store-bought, whipped icing 6pk for $5.99 at a local supermarket is a better deal. And the chocolate chip cookies are mid - I personally think McDonald's (which are probably Otis Spunkmeyer) are better. "My first time trying here and I am not disappointed. First off, my shake "The Caramel Granny" was so delicious! I do appreciate the tamper tape! It does taste like a Candy Apple but I did not notice/taste any peanut. I did notice the toppings were not as full as shown in the advertisements.

I've been slowly becoming vegan and trying out the best recipes, etc. When I tell you that the Spicy Garlic with rice noodles, tofu, green beans, broccoli, red pepper flakes, crunchy onions, and red onions is FANTASTIC - I mean it with my entire soul. If you don't like tofu, this sauce completely covers any tofu taste. The rice noodles mask any tofu texture and everything is cooked perfectly and combined incredibly! The Spicy Garlic sauce is flavorful and VERY spicy! I adore that their cutlery is all made with plant starch to reduce plastic waste. The Strawberry Guava Lemonade is very good, a very mild and not sour lemonade. I enjoyed it! The Roasted Tomato Focaccia is amazing and fresh tasting, along with the Olive Oil Focaccia Bread with Garlic Butter Sauce. The garlic butter sauce tastes VERY good. "I have been hooked on boba tea since I first tasted it while living in South Carolina( I know, of all places...). When we moved back to Ohio, I couldn't find it anywhere and was jonesing for boba tea for years. Now, I can get it at several different places!
My personal favorite is Pearl Tea. I really like Pearl Tea's boba tea, it's a perfect blend of ingredients.
I especially appreciate the options Pearl gives the customer: I can ask for less ice, and make my tea less sweet. That was my only criticism of boba tea in general, it could be too sweet.
Having the option of less sweet allows me to enjoy my treat AND have a bit less guilt! Plus, I think boba tea is better less sweet.

I have one suggestion: make your straws optional. I almost always have an extra straw or (ten) lying around my kitchen and it seems not only wasteful that I get more straws with every order, but it's also not good for the environment . If you make straws optional,you will probably save some of your cost, and you'll be doing a good thing by reducing plastic waste. "
