I did order my food closer to closing time so it could have been oil from the middle of the day or something they forgot to change out. The chicken in the orange chicken bowl wasn't real chicken, it was the processed chicken.... almost like fritters , they were heavily breaded containing very little meat. Like the chicken pieces left at the bottom of a bag of freezer bought Tyson chicken. The salmon was great, it was cooked great. I wish they served it in a better rice to salmon ratio. I hate to go in but I have to be honest about this experience because I feel like I didn’t get anything close to an almost $65 experience and it was my first time ever ordering from this restaurant. The best part of the experience were the drinks and that's probably what they're best known for because the beverages were phenomenal!
