Cashew Curry | Lajjatdar with vegetables instead of meat/tofu really delivered on flavor, the cashew sauce was fantastic and didn't feel virtuous 😁 I ordered it medium and felt just the right burn, quite a variety in the vegetables but the standouts were I think green beans and cauliflower, also very tender carrots. Both entrees came with a side of perfectly cooked fresh rice, some smaller sides of sauces, and the Cheese Naan was huge and fluffy. Onion Pakora was new to me but turned out to be my favorite, that got eaten first! We would order it all again for sure"
