The reason I can't give five stars is because the delivery system for this store is poorly managed. I can never know when my items will arrive because there's no tracking from Insomnia Cookies or DoorDash when you use DoorDash. Sometimes orders arrive much later after the scheduled time, so I can't plan to meet my delivery driver at a specific time. This time, it never arrived (I did get a refund, though and both DoorDash and Insomnia Cookies provided excellent help). Again, I love the food from this store and I'm happy they deliver through DoorDash. But the "merchant courier" system needs some work."

"The food is pretty good extra sweet the only reason I am giving it a almost low score is due to the wait time. Just to make you aware this is not a place where you think you can place an order and it will be ready in about 5 to 10 minutes. You will be waiting about 20 minutes and up for your order especially if you order multiple items. So this is not a quick lunch break or stop even if you're craving something sweet. This is something where you wanna make sure you have about at least a free hour. But besides the time crunch, it's very delicious. I got the Oreo churros, which is pretty much nine churros that is topped with Oreo pieces and whipped cream. I feel like it would be better if they mix the whip cream in the Oreo pieces and fill them so it would be a stuffed churro stick, but it's still pretty good. Also nine pieces for decent size churro stick isn't that bad of a deal? I also got the big cookie peach cobbler which isn't that bad it's really one big personal size cookie topped with peach cobbler. I like it. It's a really different concept and it was also pretty good especially when it's warm and fresh. Again I highly recommend this place. The only issue in problem is the wait time, waiting for good food is really not that bad of a deal"
