The coffee was well extracted and flavourful, though overly iced; it was finished in only a few sips, and a lighter hand with the ice would significantly improve the experience.
The rice paper rolls were clean and fresh but fairly standard, offering nothing unexpected. They were, however, complemented nicely by the hoisin sauce.
Overall, the kitchen delivers confident flavours and generous portions without sacrificing quality. While not every element was memorable, the execution was strong enough that I would happily order again"
