"I started eating breakfast here a few weeks ago because I think it is one of the better places in the DMV area. One thing that bugs me about breakfast places is if they dont know how to make good hashbrowns. So many places dont even offer them and instead they have breakfast potatoes which are often dry and chewy. The hashbrowns at Z Burger are top end. They are completely amazing. Everything else is top notch too but the hash browns are stand out. I think the prices here are about what you'd expect these days. But I think the food here for breakfast is McLean's best option. I'm surprised more people dont know about it. I've also tried a breakfast burrito and mediterranean omlet and both were great. Ive taken family here and all were surprised how solid everything was. For now though it seems undiscovered, and thus quiet and peaceful usually. "

I ordered the PEPPERONI PIZZA with extra mushrooms and buffala cheese. Both of which I paid extra for. I can count less than a handful of mushrooms and I think the chef doesn't know what extra cheese means versus extra pepperoni. It's a Wonder food hall restaurant, which I didn't realize until I got my food, but it was reasonably priced, well packaged, and the Cavatelli with Sausage & Mushrooms was a decent size, hearty, and filling - with plenty of sausage and a solid amount of mushrooms. Definitely doesn't feel skimped on the meat which is always important.
Anyhow, I got 30% off my first order - happy hour 2-5pm I think - and $5 off $20+ on my second, with the Cavatelli entree like $21.xx, which is nice that it just cleared the deal and there wasn't, like, some influence to try and get me to buy a side or dessert to get the discount. With those discounts, it's been a good value. I tried their whatever pecan pie the first time, too, which was also good.
