Evenly seasons for flavor, but not enough to raise the blood pressure up. The Lamb Quesadilla and the Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla have my Full Endorsement!!!! "I wasn't expecting the Lamb Quesadilla and Cajun Chicken Quesadilla to be as large as they were. It was a whole lot of food.
