I ordered a $ .98 side of sour cream and the little container they put it in was too big for the amount of sour cream I was given. I got such a tiny scoop that I compared it to a tablespoon. It would benefit everybody if there was some sort of regular training and someone who checked on the employees and orders for quality and consistency. I'm simply trying to help one of the restaurants that I enjoy, and everyone connected to it, to give some suggestions that could benefit the restaurant itself, the employees, as well as the customers who enjoy it. I used to frequent a Taco Bell near my house for decades. But it was not a consistent or quality establishment after awhile. I stopped eating there. And it actually closed a was bought by another restaraunt. And the new restaurant is now established and thriving. I'd love to see the Taco Bell near me doing well.
