"Castaway knocks in out of the park every time! They use premium fresh ingredients, portion sizes are on the larger side, so you are always full and satisfied. They also do an amazing job of accommodating special instructions if you leave any.
The tuna salad tastes just like how my Dad used to make it- outstanding!!! It has the perfect amount of mayo and the tuna was strained well before it was prepared, so it's not too wet, and has a hint of sweet pickle relish. The flavor took me back to many happy childhood memories.

I'm always hesitant to try FETTUCCINE ALFREDO at a restaurant for the first time because some places make it horribly, but this was delicious, creamy, and thick! And a huge quantity that I couldn't quite finish after eating the appetizer. Halfway through I did add my own black pepper (oak wood smoked) for a bit of an enhanced taste, plus added some Aleppo pepper for a touch of heat (especially for my sinuses), but it was still good even without those. I will order again!"

"The Cajun Honey - Lime Salmon is very good. The Salmon was a huge piece, cooked well. The salsa was good and would have benefited from a little more acid and a pinch of salt, the rice, while very plain was flavored well with butter and light seasoning.
