Everything was cold - a plus for juice and soda, negative for fries, burgers and onion rings. Halvsies definitely were not - much fewer onion rings and not a full pack... but since they were cold and dry, I guess the volume didnt matter much. And the kids meals had toys rather than the cookies that were chosen.
