"Having ordered multiple times from this restaurant I have seen a slip in their spice ratio. It used to be balanced, medium a little heat, spicy a step up for those who like the heat and extra spicy was in my opinion too hot for me to personally handle so I never ordered it. Then it changed. Spicy then became intolerable. So the next time I ordered medium which was not spicy at all in fact quite bland. Now I switched back to spicy and it's like someone has aimed a flamethrower inside my mouth. Something has changed and not for the better. I suspect a new hire is being liberal with the spices and not measuring appropriately. I dread to think what extra spicy would feel like."
