I got the Cowboy Benedict and, holy moly, it is so delicious! The potatoes are perfectly seasoned, the peppers, onions, meat, eggs, and hollandaise are super tasty as well but the big surprise!? The toast was still crispy and that blew my mind (since it was underneath of all of the other deliciousness). The Mac and cheese is yummy as well - I *believe* it has Gouda in it which adds a nice flavor that puts it well above other pulled meats bbq places.
