"So the burgers themselve were fine and the portion was good. However that's where the positives stop. I ordered a double cheese burger with the hand cut potatoes.
First, it was not a double cheese burger. That would mean both burgers had cheese on them. This was a double burger with 1 slice of cheese. Despite the photo there was no lettuce, tomato or onion or the ability to select it on the app.
Second, the hand cut potatoes I thought were more cubed and roasted because of the picture. Well stupid me! They were basic hash you get at a diner that might be included in a 10$ omelette meal. They wanted 5$ for some sliced potato and mildly fried on a flat top.
I will not be ordering from this place again"

"Very disappointed with the Grilled Beef & Cheese Sandwich. The DoorDash photo shows a substantially filled sandwich, but the sandwich I received had only one small piece of beef on each side of the bread. The lack of beef was the biggest issue, especially given the price and the significant difference from what is shown in the photo.
I also paid an additional $1.99 for bacon, and received one piece of bacon on each side of the sandwich (two pieces total). While that was disappointing, the very small amount of beef was the main issue.
I paid $16.98 for the sandwich and $24.44 total before tip, and unfortunately, the portion and overall quality did not justify that price for me. I don’t mind paying for good food, but this was a very mediocre sandwich with so little meat that I could have made a better one at home.
I hope the restaurant considers this feedback and reviews the portion size and/or DoorDash photo so customers have an accurate expectation of what they’ll receive.

Travel distance was was stated as 4-5 miles; Delivery time was over an hour and food was nearly COLD (possibly due to driver making another delivery with my order onboard plus it was dark and lightly raining).
