The nachos were a little on the cold side, and it was less than 10 minutes between when I ordered and picked up, which makes me think the food wasn't very warm to start with. They slopped food over the side of the bowl - I know it didn't spill when I picked it up because the edge of the bowl was messy under the tight-fitting lid. Otherwise, the flavor was fantastic and you get a ton of choices of toppings for no upcharge. I love that they serve chips separately so they don't get soggy, and there's a ton of food - it will probably last me 3 meals."
