"La Vaquita is my underrated hidden gem in the cities. I've ordered from them a few times now and I can say it is one of my favorite Mexican food places around. I ordered the Breakfast Burrito | Burrito Mañanero today and it was great. Authentic, fresh and good quality. I appreciate the ratio of chorizo and eggs to the rice. Some places give you mostly rice . Even the tortilla seems homemade. Not that mass produced flour tortilla that make your burrito fall apart. They have the best tacos around as well. It's the only place to find authentic cuts of meat like Cabeza and Lengua that are so well cooked. I lived most my life in Southern California and it's been a dissapointing journey adjusting to the Mexican food in Minneapolis but La Vaquita has that home-cooked by abuelita sabor I've been missing. I hope to make a trip here in person soon because their bakery items are probably just as good. I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciats real Mexican food."

"Wow, wow, wow!!! I am so glad I tried Rose's Bakery today! The chicken and wild rice soup is some of the best Chicken Wild Rice Soup I've ever had! It arrived hot, with a large portion. I would recommend having a dry piece of toast or baguette to eat with the Caldo de Res bc you're going to want to soak up all that soup. We tried a few bites each and it got worse, all left a horrible taste in our mouths and now we have to try and find something else to eat.
