Vanessa, for example, works so much it seems like she lives there yet when I order delivery she still always makes an extra effort to help you get an awesom alternative whenever you're a out the cancel because they've sold out of a favorite flavor. When I'm in the store, I know milkshakes are more trouble to make than ice cream cones/bowls, yet they've always made them with care and a smile and not like most places made me feel like I'm imposing on them with my order.
