I hate leaving negative reviews, and I genuinely hope the kitchen can address these consistency issues — the concept has potential. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn't return."

I got the grilled salmon platter. Ordinarily, I have gotten a platter just like this from other places with serving sizes that were moderate to decent. The serving size is incredibly generous.
