But, not only that, it was very tough and dry where it should have been tender and juicy, it was none of those things. The dumpling are enormous and the broth is VERY savory and refreshing with a beef stew reminiscent palate. Noodles were notably not greasy and full of delicious Asian flavors. The fried rice and cream cheese wontons were standard buy with elevated flavor and evident care. Everything was made with noticeably fresh ingredients. The people over there at Uniquely Chengdu certainly cook with a LOT of love and detail of their culture and it is very appreciated. We've never had a bad meal here but this was BEYOND the best!"
