"The Build Your Hive Stack was tasty and a good size portion, but it honestly wasn't worth the price or the awful wait time coupled with the horrendous layout of the cafe. The coffee prep and register are crammed into the front of the restaurant with comfy chairs and coffee bar seating, leaving very little room for the excessive line which went out the door in the 15-20 minutes that I waited to pick up my food. With no signage indicating where to pick up pre-orders, I was forced to wait in line with people as they ordered and had their drinks prepared while they waited at the register. Most cafés have you step to the side while drinks are prepared so that the line can progress, but not at Honey Bee Café! As such, my sandwich was no longer warm by the time I picked it up.
While the sandwich was good and the Ice Coffee Large was fine, I would not want to order from this establishment again until they work out a better system for drink prep, pre-order pickup, and re-envisioning the space."

"I ordered 2 croissants buttered and toasted. They were not toasted at all or cut and without butter. I also ordered a steak egg and chedder on an onion bagel. But what I got was a sausage egg and chedder on an onion bagel instead. The coffees I ordered were bland. Supposed to be coconut mocha but was reg. Just a horrible experience for the money I spent which was over 50 dollars!"

"I looove NYB! However, this is the first time I've ordered and gotten such a small amount of cream cheese! Every time before this, the continer was totally full. And I was able to enjoy all of it. This time I am having to be frugal to make sure I have enough. With how expensive the "specialty" cream cheese is, it should fill the whole container. :-("
"extra cream cheese is worth it. they hooked it up with the Bagel with Vegetable Cream Cheese and should change the menu photo to an actual regular portion of cream cheese if this is actually extra. the bagels were all delicious, light and fluffy. i asked for extra cheese on the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sanchwich, and paid for it, but dint think i got it. the menu photo shows much more cheese in it for what im assuming is the standard amount. BLT (Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato)could have had more mayo and more lettuce. i was sort of expecting actual fried bacon but it was less authentic and more like soft microwave strips. it still tasted salty and bacony though so oh well. overall the actual bagels were fantastic themselves and id probably order again just for them. also the Iced Coffee was eh, it didn't taste much like mocha or toasted marshmallow and was small for a large sized/priced "large." but it had caffeine. wouldn't get a coffee from there again"

"They charge way too much for three slices of bacon and the sandwich is not advertised as half a sandwich. No wonder it's buy one get one free. The cinnamon buns don't taste fresh and the frosting is like cake frosting instead of the usual icing. Will not be purchasing from here again."
