I think they use margarine on the english muffins though, I really don't think it was real butter. "Folsom Palace has the best Chinese food in the area, if not all of Northern California. Their Kung Pao chicken is super flavorful, fresh, no fat, made to perfection. It's enough for two or three people, or you'll have great leftovers the next day. I always get it with their vegetable fried rice, which is delicious.
