"Im 125 lbs and struggle with my protein intake and overburn my BMI. When I burn out bad with no time to cook i usually do fit eats, but their portions are so small. Today I tried Protein House did the large LR Steak Burrito and a shake and it took forever, pack your patience, but it was fabulous. I was able to take in about 1500 cal, 132g protein, 90 carbs and 68g fat and I already feel so much better and have half left. You can be cheap and go to other places and get something easy but if your goal is to eat clean, spend the money if you don't have the time. The bibimbap was flavorful and a great size portion (I have some for tomorrow). The sides that were included were yummy - kimchi pickles and brocolli are my favorite and the flavors were on point. The black raspberry wine is a Korean wine and paired perfectly with the meal! It's smooth and sweet and you can taste the berries. Perfect as a dessert wine even after the meal.
Absolutely loved the meal and I will definitely be coming back. The delivery was also handled with great care! They packed it in a box so everything stayed nice for delivery.

"I ordered Burnt Ends, O.G. 'OG' Fries, Jalap Cheddar Cornbread Muffinseno & POG Mocktail. I'd like to preface by stating it's probably best to review at the restaurant when everything is fresh lol. So the burnt ends were seasoned well but dry, making it tough to chew. The serving size was good for the price and came with like an au juice type of sauce and fried onion strings (which were tasty but should definitely but eaten when freshly fried).
The OG fries were good but there was too much clumped up garlic in the same spots. These are probably better to eat in-house as well but tasty. These Jalaprno cornbread muffin was amazing!! Wish I had some chili to go with it. And the POG mocktail (Passion fruit, Orange, Guava) was really refreshing. I gave it three stars because although the burnt ends were well seasoned, they were just too hard to consume and the clumps of garlic in the fries proved to be overpowering even they they tasted good, you can only eat so many unless you're a die hard garlic fan.
I would try this again but directly at the restaurant to see if perhaps the food just doesn't travel well."
