"The caldo de res is lacking a lot of flavor. The foam the meat releases when it's cooked is not removed and changes the taste of the soup. The pieces of meat have all of the fat still on them so it's a big piece of meat but most of it is fat. The portion and price is good but the taste is just not there. The side of rice has a super strong taste of lemon and when ate with soup it's just a complete mess. The corn inside the soup also felt undercooked.
