"I love the Jalapeno Bacon Burger it's one of my favorite things to get. It's the perfect blend of heat and flavor and always cooked the way I ask. Med rare. Everything is always wrapped up well so the bun doesn't get soggy. Also my wife loves the salad it's always way more than she can eat so she usually saves half for another meal. "Ordered the kids Fried Tenders with a Kid sprite. It was a good portion of food. The chicken tenders are very large in size & the order contains two. Also, the honey mustard is the best I've had in a very long time. Soo soo good!

"When I tell you this is the best Mexican cuisine I've had outside of Mexico I am not exaggerating. This is authentic and reminds me and my family of the food we've had in Mexico. The birria tacos are loaded with flavor, the consume is a hit too. The portion sizes are also great. I order a side of rice and a side of fries but neither me nor my grandpa needed it. His burrito was filled to the brim with meat and had a very small amount of rice which is how it is in Mexico. Every other place that we've tried is bland and poorly portioned. 10/10 on all aspects if you don't try this place you're missing out."

"I order from this place frequently and they are always on top of their game in terms of correct orders and packaging. Not to mention their food is *chef kiss*. Just what I am looking for when I want some great Tex Mex and huge portion sizes. I can normally get at least two meals out of one order of Arroz Con Queso"
"I was having issues as the a la carte items (extra tortillas and extra chips) I wanted were on the dinner menu, but not the lunch menu. I put a note on my dinner portion lunch order, and to my utter shock, they DID it! I rarely, pretty much never, get a correct order. Either sides or condiments missing when really needing them, cooked wrong, entirely wrong order, etc.
I have been to this Ricardo's location many times in the past, but it's been awhile. I was aways not so happy with how long service took or just the meal didn't add up to the cost. But, I wanted to give it a try again via delivery with Door Dash. I am extremely happy I did as it blew pretty much every order I've had with Door Dash out of the water.
They followed my cooking temperature request on the steak. They saw notes in special instructions and ensured they were done. They went above and beyond to get it correct and provided those a la carte items. I was beyond pleased with all of that. I had even double dashed the order with Dollar General to get all the things I just knew the restaurant would forget. But, they didn't!
My only negative statement is regarding the Guacamole Dip. I've had it there many times. I got a large thinking it would be as always, but it wasn't. It was watery, like liquid on top and could drink it as thinner than a melted milkshake. For almost $11, that I was not too enthusiastic about. Not quite sure what happened to that. I had to pour liquid out by straining it as best as I could before even attempting to eat it. It was still watery.
Portion size on entree of Arroz Con Queso was great. Side item of Rice a little small for price. Guacamole Dip as mentioned total waste. Salsa with chips good single size. Big bag of chips as did a la carte extra. "
