"I went in to order food, which I did plenty of times in this restaurant with the old owners. This time around, they did not have what I was looking for. I asked for a simple beef empanadas if they have any. They told me yes. I waited patiently. I ordered three along with a drink that came to $13 but expensive. I got home to be able to give this to my son cause that’s what he desired. As soon as he took the first bite, he was disgusted. Because he really thought it was just plain beef. I was never informed that they had no plain beef they just went ahead and made an assumption to fill their empanadas with what you’re seeing in the picture. The professional thing to do as a service is to inform the customer and be honest with them. Since the new owners have taken over, this has not been a good experience in any capacity. Unfortunately, I will never be returning again. Oh by the way, I tried to go back in person to have a discussion. "We've found our new favorite restaurant!! Everything we ordered was fantastic. The Crab Rangoon(7pcs) were some of the best we've had, we loved the sauce that came with them! It was so unique! The Pork Gyoza 6pcs was perfect. Again, we loved the sauce. My Yaki Udon was to die for. "Hot" was the perfect spice level for me. Any hotter and I wouldn't have enjoyed it as much. Plenty of beef, and tons of chicken for only $3 extra! I only tried a bite of my wife's Eggplant Thailand, but it was also incredible. Everything was fresh and tasted "clean" if that makes sense. Nothing was sugary or syrupy. We'll definitely be ordering again soon and we can't wait to dine in.
Side note: we couldn't ask for no vegetables on the doordash app, but we called and they were more than willing to accommodate! Much much appreciated!! Oh, and 35 minutes from order confirmation to delivery was mind boggling considering it's Christmas Eve and they're located about 15 minutes away. 100/100 experience. Run, don't walk, to Bangkok Kitchen!"
