"The Bag of Crab is TRULY a large bag of whatever shellfish you order. Amazing! My Combo 1 of clams and mussels was enormous and very good. My seasoning was garlic and butter, and I swear there was at least 1 cup or more of garlic. The other seasonings must be as good.
Included corn, potatoes, sausages which were too much for me to eat. Set them aside for next day snacking.

"I’ve ordered from Family House of Fish & Poultry for years, but this $40 3-Way Seafood Combo was very disappointing. The prawns were overcooked and hard, the snapper pieces were small, and the oysters were bland and underseasoned.
The amount of fries was also extremely minimal and they arrived cold. The order took about 43 minutes to arrive, so I understand delivery can affect temperature, but that doesn’t explain the overcooked seafood, lack of seasoning, small portions, or barely any fries.
Family House used to be one of my dependable choices for fried seafood, but unfortunately the quality seems to have gone downhill. For $40, I expected much better quality, portions, and consistency.

It's always fresh and cooked just how I want it to be cooked especially if you leave a note to do so. Fish was flavorful and and had the perfect snap every time with every bite nd the perfect mount of crisp on it to. Well seasoned and sauces as usually pairs well with it but if you get some honey and Louisiana hot sauce it hits better. At least to me it does!
