"The double roast beef sandwich was tough and partially contained random dry pieces of older looking scrap meat. Picture is attached. The steak nuggets were dry, and the separate steak nugget bowl was not full. The only decent, fresh item was the mozzarella cheese sticks.
Staff also failed to seal the bag that was being delivered by our dasher. A sticker was partially attached to one side of the paper sack, but the bag was still left wide open.
This was the most disappointing order I've received from Arby's in a long time."
