I know the dasher brought the food promptly because the milkshake was still chilled and thick and the whipped cream was not melted away. The french fries were lukewarm and very salty. I've ordered this plate at least 4 times and EVERY TIME, it's consistently ON POINT.
I personally like my fish fried extra hard and even when I forget to make that distinction; they get it right!
Also, I have to S/O Key and the servers that have served me all the different times I've been inside to pick up my food.
They are nice, they smile AND greet you..
which is not an experience that is common at other urban establishments.
