"several times we have gotten overcooked, dry, greasy, not tasting good, over seasoned and burnt tasting. When told them they didn't say sorry nor compensated me. Today I spent $65.48 and pasta was overcooked and looked like someone threw up. Cheese sticks were over seasoned and bacon which I didn't order. Pizza was dry and tasted horrible. Yet nothing when I complained. I wasted my money and it saddens me to say I will NEVER order or eat Pizza Hut again. I've eaten at Pizza Hut for over 40 years and it just saddens me to not go there again. poor customer service. Not apologizing or compensating me when I spent that much is not worth it."

"I had high hopes for my Chicken Alfredo because of the reviews and while the actual cheese sauce was delicious and the noodles cooked to perfection--the chicken ruined the meal for me. It was chewy as if it had been over cooked. The portion was amazing though, so you definitely get every bang for your buck. I have to say I have a love-hate for the meal.
I also order two garlic knots but was sent 3 knots of bread with no garlic at all. Now I will say the knots were nice and soft--just missing the garlic. I don't know if they ran out of garlic butter or just forgot, but it seemed they tried to make up for it by giving a third bread knot.
Overall, I am a little disappointed about my meal but I am also grateful I gave this restaurant a try. I am not from Texas but if I come back into the area, I'll be sure to give the pizza a try."

It tasted like pre-cooked frozen chicken that had been microwaved, then cut into chunks. It had a rubbery texture and almost no flavor.
We’ve heard great things about Cane Rosso’s pizza, but these pasta dishes completely missed the mark. It was honestly some of the most disappointing takeout we’ve had in a long time, especially for the price. We won’t be ordering the pasta again."

"Overall the food was good. It made for a lovely Valentine's at home dinner. The fried mozzarella, Whipped Goat Cheese, Brussels Sprouts seemed fresh and were delicious. The potatoes which accompanied the steak were stellar. The NY strip was just not good. The flavor was ok but it was tough and a bit dry. For takeout they should not slice it as all the juices run out. We certainly order again. "
