The only pieces that were "crispy" were the frozen parts- which was quite a bit. I Like the pretzels from applebees but the beer cheese i used to love but it is just not great in comparison to loafers, so i have been trying other places that have pretzels ans cheese. Gave this place a try and i was really disappointed. The pretzels i received had no salt even though i did not request this. They looked pretty dry. I added mt own butter and pretzel salt. The texture was good not too dry after this but even with the salt they were bland. The cheese and i added a ridiculous amount extra because i was confused when ordering and thought i needed to add it to the order. I did not, but the size that came in the container was not alot, so i if it had been good one extra container would have been a good idea. However the cheese was terrible. No offense to who made it, i think it is just rhe recipe. It is very very bland a bit like nacho cheese, with the flavor but more bland than if i had just heated up some out of a can."

"Sandwich was good, although it would have been easier to eat if it had been cut in two and/or held together with toothpicks. Roast beef was shaved thin and very tender. No pink showing, which was a plus for me (rare meat turns me iff). The au jus was kind of a dinky portion and arrived cold (30 seconds in the microwave fixed that). Price was right; I ended up paying $14.50 for the sandwich (including .50 for added mushrooms) and one side. A lot of the places on DoorDash charge $4.00 or $5.00 more for a similar sandwich.
The salad was a very basic fast food side salad: shredded iceberg lettuce, diced tomato, olives, shredded cheese and croutons. There is no choice of dressing; it came with ranch. But the lettuce and toppings were both fresh.
Bottom line: I would buy this sandwich again. I'd probably opt for either onion rings or the soup of the day instead of salad next time, though (both cost $1.00 extra). They also offer fries or tots at no additional charge.

"Shahi was good, very happy that the Indian spicy level was actually spicy! I like mine a little sweet so I put some of the tamarind sauce in it. Perfect. Also, some of the best samosas I've ever had! Only complaint would be that you only get one slice of naan bread and it isn't very big. Not really worth the $5. Other than that, fantastic!"
