I had the Giddy Up Melt and it was 3 super thick chunks of meat, but the meat only covered 1/2 the bread. I had to take my sandwich apart and slice the meat to cover all of the bread. The sandwich tastes decent, but its just way over priced. Honestly I'm not even mad, I'm just disappointed. Take it from me the photos look way better than what you'll get. "I never really thought I would like Rosa's, though I don't know why. I have had it three times now and I love it!! Everything is always good. The DOZEN FLOUR TORTILLAS are always delicious, arriving hot and cooked perfectly! The #46 LARGE QUESO AND CHIPS queso is really good too. I just tried one of the BASKET OF SOPAPILLAS (8) sopapillas and it was light, fluffy and just the right amount of cinnamon-sugar. "#38 LARGE QUESO was either old or overcooked. It was clumpy as if it came from the bottom of a pot that had been cooking for an entire day.
BASKET OF SOPAPILLAS (8) barely had any cinnamon-sugar on it and they were extremely greasy.
DOZEN FLOUR TORTILLAS were fantastic as usual. I make my own fillings for them and they were spot-on as usual.
If we still had the star rating system, I'd give it 3-stars."
