It tasted delicious, came precut which was a good way to avoid losing the contents, and all the ingredients were fresh. The lox had the perfect smoke to it. Call me uncouth, but I would have enjoyed the bagel toasted. Texturally and flavor wise it improves it, in my most humble opinion.
