"The Carnitas Platter is very overpriced for the amount of food you receive and I've honestly never had drier carnitas. Even trying to cut the pork with a knife was a bit of a chore. Taste was very bland as well.
The Arroz con Pollo was the same way: extremely dry and bland chicken. I added chorizo (which they were generous with that portion), but somehow the chorizo was dry as well?? The price for this dish was also on the high side.
Overall an extremely disappointing experience and the only reason I ordered from Casa Santa tonight was because I had a discount available."
