"I'm a HUGE Philly Cheesesteak fan and I have tried cheesesteaks from every restaurant around here that sells them. I'm always disappointed when I get them from other places and end up making them myself. BUT...The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich's they make are better than anywhere else in the Austin/CedarPark/Leander area. I love that they give you the option to customize your sandwich anyway you like it and if you have any questions you can call them up and they will clarify any confusion or concerns. The sandwich are always juicy, and full of flavor. One thing I have noticed about EVERY cheesesteak sandwich I have ever ordered is they aren't heavily seasoned, if seasoned at all. You can add salt and pepper as an option ON the sandwich or get it OTS if you want it. I'm a salty girl, and I'd rather add seasonings myself after I get it rather than ask for it on the sandwich and then not have enough or too much. I use Lawry's Season salt or Hooter's season salt (which has black pepper in it) to the 1/2" slices after I get the sandwich. I also order my sandwich with extra meat and extra cheese when I order it, and the large sandwich takes me several meals to finish it as I can't eat more than 3 slices at one time, and wrap up tight and don't cut up the entire sandwich all at once so I don't risk drying the sandwich out but cutting it all up at once, and I seal in a ziplock bag to preserve the soft bread. If you order a PhillyCheesesteak sandwich from anywhere else you will NOT find anything close to how good this one is. The photos are try to show how big the sand is compared to the largest knife I have, and also to show you what extra meat/extra cheese looks like. I have never ordered the sandwich regular without extra meat/extra cheese so I don't have any pics of what the sandwich looks like without extra meat/extra cheese, but goodness, why wouldn't you want more of this beefy, cheesy goodness on your sandwich? The chips taste like cheap cafeteria bagged chips. The portion size for the cost is absolutely comical. So when you order 1lb./16 ounces of fajitas, the meat is weighed, and then cooked so the final weight of a pound of fajitas is a little less than 1pound/16 oz. I'm glad I asked about this because I was trying to weigh out 4 ounces of meet per fajita meat for my taco and the weights were always off when I was trying to weigh out 4 ounces per taco and I was short ever time. So keep that in mind when you order the fajitas, and maybe get 1.5 lbs. if you like a very full giantic fajita. Flour tortillas are the best EVER, and they are at least 12 inches in diameter, and very thin. PRO FAJITAS LOVER TIP: .Fold the tortilla in half before assembling and you should still have a massive fajita taco with the strength of a stronger tortilla doubled in half to be able to hold the contents without breaking the fajita. The sweet caramelized onions and lime pepper butter are chefs kiss. Perfection. I can eat my weight in them and they are my fav food EVER, and I have loved them since the day I first tried them in Houston. Always 10/10. "

Tonight, my husband and I both ordered the fajita Beef Quesadilla and my kids got the Kids Hamburger w/fries, drink, and scoop of vanilla ice cream. The Beef Quesadilla were delicious; crispy on the outside with tender steak on the inside. My Kids Hamburger meals were HUGE (not complaining)! The burgers were juicy on a buttered bun; their fries were amazing, cooked crisp in, what was clearly new oil. Their drinks were full-sized cups with ice. They each got a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Excellent price for the amount of food you get. OH! And Churros(6)! We got the Churros(6)! *drooly mouth* You should get the Churros(6)too and have them with some coffee, you'll thank me later. Lastly, their house salsa and freshly made chips is bomb.

However, if you're like me and like cheese (and who doesn't want cheese on their breakfast tacos to begin with?) you have to ask them to add cheese to them. They don't just come with it. They charge .40 cents and they barely put any cheese on them. It's like one little pinch of cheese.
If I'm asking to add cheese on a taco and you're charging another .40 cents, then it should be more than one tiny pinch. "
