"I was very disappointed - the coffee and filet of fish were very good, but I ordered the quarter pounder cheese deluxe was absolutely horrible! I ordered it without the bun, and it came that way but the presentation couldn't have been any less appealing and the quality of the burger was dreadful. The burger was paper-thin and over cooked, and it arrived slapped on a plastic "platter" that was very large in relationship to the burger; the cheese was underneath the burger patty and the condiments that I ordered (mayo, ketchup and slivered onions) were scattered all over the platter. They were literally everywhere except on top of the burger! Absolutely no thought or care went into the preparation of this item and it cost me $6.75!! I'm totally disgusted with this item and even though the other items were quite acceptable, I doubt that I will order from this store again in the future"

"By the time the bag of food reaches me it's open (or at least it has been the last few times). The small piece of tape used to keep bag closed isn't sufficient enough. I don't believe it's the dashers bc it's happened multiple times and it's always a different dasher.
Also, I was really disappointed to see the fries and chicken bites box no longer has an option to make it larger. It's only one size now which just isn't enough as I got a decent amount of fries but not enough chicken bites. Since chicken bites aren't on the menu as a standalone item I couldn't get an extra (which I shouldn't have had to do anyway). The food is usually very good and consistent but things like this make zero sense to me. Why mess up a good thing?"
