"I am a frequent customer of nando's for the last ten years and have never had a bad experience but yesterday my take out order was horrible.
The order was delivered quick (10-15min) as i live near by and i opened it right as it arrived. The fries were definitely old/last small bits of the batch; they were extremely oily and were all the crumbs and tiny thin fries left over. they also weren't seasoned and the broccoli i got along with was bad. i assume it is yoghurt as part of ingredients they used to make the sauce for the broccoli salad which was 100% spoilt because it was sour and had an unusual taste,nor was the broccoli itself ok. extremely disappointed with the only restaurant that reminds me of home away from home. will not be taking away from here again because i believe, no matter the event of take away or dine in, no one deserves bad food that they paid for. "

I used to order Easey's when I wanted something indulgent, and I got the Double BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger every time, so I know how good it used to be and what it is meant to be like for the price.
however, everytime I've ordered in the past year I've been disappointed, the quality has been progressively slipping and the portion sizes shrinking. I was shocked when I opened my box today and the burger was half the size I remember it being, despite the premium price staying the same
Also I can't tell you if the Onion Rings held up in quality, because they sent me a few pieces of corn instead with no communication if they were just out of stock.
Unfortunately Easey's isn't getting another chance from me"

I enjoyed it, it was juicy and sauces were nice.
Though I was a bit taken back with the size of the chicken because it's smaller than i expected. And considering the boneless thigh tenders to be $18 for 5 small pieces felt a little underwhelming for the price and the flavour was a bit bland compared to the wings. If the sizes were bigger, it'd feel more worth the money.

The bun was fluffy and fresh, the pickles were generous, and that house sauce, honestly the best sauce ever.
