"I ordered the plant based all meat pizza. Pepperoni and cauliflower sausage were good, but the "chicken" was - I think - tofu cubes, which I adored. The only issue was that the dough didn't feel cooked all the way through - just under the sauce layer it was gummy. Perhaps I should have ordered the thin crust. Also, the cheese was non-existent. Perhaps it was put on top and just carbonized itself. Overall, good but not great. It had the potential to be great, though. "

"I first tried PROTEINHOUSE in Modesto and was blown away. But this location was not nearly as good. I paid extra for avocado on my salmon bowl and the amount they added was minuscule. So tiny. How can they charge for that?
I also paid extra for additional Thai peanut sauce, and there was just a drizzle on top. No extra side, none on the vegetables. Also the sauce was bad- it tasted like peanut honey sauce- far too sweet. It was nothing like I remembered from the other location.
And the salmon in the Build It bowl was burnt. I usually love a nice char, but the taste was truly bitter and overpowering, and ruined the whole bowl. The Cucumber Salad, was a little sad, minimal flavor and didn't seem fresh.
I still rated them "liked it" because the (Kids) Chocolate Monster Shake was really good and less sweet than expected. And because I believe in the concept of this place and want higher quality and healthier restaurant options. I hope this location can get it together because if I had another disappointing meal like this I would not return."

"I don't know what this locations issues were in the beginning, but I decided to try them again. Their problems have been fixed. I haven't had burgers at this location yet, but their pies are out of this world, like they are at other nations. The PUMPKIN PIE (SLICE) is probably the best pumpkin pie you are going to ever get. My family said the CUSTARD PIE (WHOLE) blows Marie calanders out of the water. The LEMON MERINGUE PIE (WHOLE) was not the best I have ever tasted, but it is the second best! very satisfied family over here. I will be placing a large order for Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Amazing job fixing whatever was wrong in the beginning guys!"

"This place is consistently great. The Beef Chow Fun had lots of slices of super tender, flavorful beef, crispy bean sprouts and green onions, and chewy noodles. This is one of the last Chinese restuarants to offer a Chinese Chicken Salad and it's delicious. I like that they give you the dressing on the side so the lettuce and breaded chicken both stay crispy. And the sweet and sour Sweet & Sour Pork is a delicious standby. "It took much longer than it should have, not due to the dasher but the store itself. The dasher was waiting 15 min and prior to that dasher, the first dasher to take the order waited 20.
I then called the store and they told me the dasher was already given the bag, which he was not, so blantely lying to customers.
The burger was sloppy and I mean the bun split apart when I took a bite. The fries and onion rings were not fresh and neither was the nuggets. I asked for ranch and received two BBQ and didn't get the extra sauce for the onion rings either.
Too much garbage in one sitting honestly.
I'm sure this isn't the first time this has happened with this Burger King location. "

My husband got the Cafe de Olla and he LOVED it! He's a picky coffee drinker so that was a good sign. I got the White Chocolate Mocha and it was divine. Creamy and sweet with the right amount of coffee flavor. We also got pan dulce, cuernitos and conchas and they were delicious. Fresh and soft and just pure perfection. Can't believe we waited so long to try Con Azúcar, but so glad we finally did. It's a BEAUTIFUL cafe located downtown that brings delicious food and coffee options to Modesto.
