"The quesabirras are amazing. Last time we ate here, we didn't or couldnt get those, but tried Enchiladas Michoacanes, camarones a la diabla, and a taco plate with barbacoa . The plates lasted a few days and were amazing. The carne asada and barbacoa were perfectly cooked and delicious. The salsas they came with took everything up another notch. A few minutes after I sent the order, I got a DD call from the restaurant telling me that they had just ran out of Birria and if I'd like to change the order. The person I spoke to was just the nicest lady and was sincerely sorry she couldn't fulfill my order. After changing my Torta meat to Asada, the order came swiftly. "For taste, starting with the chicken, I liked the flavor; however, some parts of the chicken pieces were not edible because there were dark, hard spots. The refried beans tasted below average. The sauce was good, and it was my first time trying that type of sauce. The rice was below average, but still acceptable.
The portion for the Mole Mexicano / Mexican Mole was generous. One area for improvement would be placing some of the sauce in a separate container, because during delivery the sauce mixed with the beans, as shown in the attached pictures. I am not sure whether that was intentional.
Freshness : The food seemed fresh overall, except for the issue I mentioned with the chicken.
The price was great for the portion and overall value.
I would order again, but I would try a different dish next time.

"A very well deserved 5 star review. I ordered Pozole, love love love it. The broth was full of flavor with tender pork chunks, soft hominy, and a side of fresh, clean, prepped veggies ( cabbage, jalepeño, radish, lemon ). They also threw in some tostadas and chips with green and red salsas. Might I also mention I still have food left over, I appreciate their portions. This restaurant is FAR from mediocre, I enjoyed my entire meal from the beginning to the end. Also their glass bottled cokes are amazing and a grand size. Thank you very much Garcia's employees for all that you do, I will absolutely recommend and order again soon! "

"This place is just ok. It's not bad at all. I saw this space was written up in the local paper so I kind of just expected the food to be a little better than an average beer and the food was just average. They're Taquerias in every corner so you really have to have something unique to stand out in this area. And I don't think there is anything special or unique about this food. I got the bean and cheese dip and there was only a sprinkle of cheese in the beans taste like they came from a can. Chips were good! The additional side of sauce is three dollars but the cup is pretty big so I think it's worth the price. I got a jalapeño for $1.50 and it was literally one jalapeño split in half. I also got a Carnitas taco and a Carne Asada burrito. The meat on both were just OK. They had been seasoned and cooked well, but there wasn't really anything standing out about my burrito or taco. Decent place but nothing special."

"Let me start by saying this place is one of my favorite places ever! The best and freshest ingredients. Today I had the Organic Tofu Bowl it was awesome!!! I got a side of cilantro Side Rice and added it in mixed it up and broke up the broccoli. As a starter I had the Side Crisp Cauliflower. I don't know how they season it but it is soooo good!
