"Food is always phenomenal. Sometimes they forget things like toast or salt and pepper etc. The only problem is that they force choice of toppings for pancakes or french toast in the Lumberjack etc. I only take regular syrup and that's not an option. You can find regular syrup in sides only."
"I ordered two pieces of French toast with bacon and received one slice of bread cut in half, which was a bit disappointing, though at least it was edible. The bacon was decent, and they gave a generous portion. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal didn’t meet expectations. The hash was overly salty and had some undercooked spots, while the kids' mac and cheese was dry and grainy, almost like it had been sitting out for hours. For a total of $50, only including food cost and fees, I’m truly disappointed with the quality. Maybe it was an off day or we chose the wrong items, but I won’t be returning to find out."

Incredibly disappointing and I will not be returning here after such a disappointing experience. If menu items are changed you need to update your website so folks won't feel that they're being deceived like I did. "I was so disappointed! I consistently order the kale Brussels salad with salmon when at their locations. It's always great, never an issue. My DD order wasn't good! At first I thought they sent the wrong salad. There was barely and kale or Brussels sprouts at all, it was mostly arugula and filler. The salmon was much smaller too. Sigh, an expensive downer."

"The bowel of soup is closer a cup but is wonderful. Better than the supermarket version. Excellent! The sandwich was really good but missing the cheese I asked for.
The delivery became a drop off rather than a delivery. Not a hard difference ! The doorbell button was 30 inches above the bag.. The documentation asks the bell be rung. Do that and the full tip is added. Don't deliver but just drop off, the full tip is shorted."

The details all the way down to the packaging were thoughtful. The mint leaf on top of the Acai Parfait tasted so good with the dish, it was such a great touch that I really enjoyed. They make the corned beef hash so nicely here too. The Tiny French Toast was great as well!! I'm so appreciative of the care that went into this meal because I had a lovely, fresh breakfast.
