Being in a hotel, that's kind of a necessity."

I got the Pit Master Plate and the meat was great. spare ribs were bigger than I thought they'd be and really tender. Definitely some of the best pulled pork I've had. They shorted me 2 Sweet BBQ Sauce togo 2 Oz (Limit 2 complimentary sauces per meat option). The Pit Master Plate comes with three meats. The menu says 2 per meat options. I got 4 instead of 6. I like my BBQ extra wet, so there wasn't enough for all the meat sharing between 3 people. Also had to buy the Collard Greens separate, it would've been nice to have it as one of the side options that came with the P.M.P.
I ate off it for 2 days and it was even good heated up later."
