"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others.
I ordered a single oxtail pho through DoorDash and added several side items. The total came to well over $50 for one meal, which set certain expectations regarding quality and portion size. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing pho experiences I’ve had anywhere in the United States.
First, the “oxtail” pho was extremely misleading. Instead of the large, meaty oxtail pieces commonly served at reputable pho restaurants, I received tiny tail-tip fragments with almost no meat on them. I’ve ordered oxtail pho in numerous cities across the country, and this was by far the smallest and poorest-quality portion I’ve ever seen.
Second, the add-on items were a mess. Multiple side dishes were dumped together into a single container, making them difficult to enjoy as intended, and some of the items I paid for were missing entirely.
The broth container was only about half full, which is unacceptable considering the premium price. Even worse, the broth itself was nearly inedible due to the overwhelming amount of salt. The sodium level completely overpowered any flavor the broth may have had. Instead of a rich, balanced pho broth, it tasted like salt water.
To be clear, DoorDash handled the delivery without any issues. The problem was entirely with the food preparation and quality coming from the restaurant.
As someone who travels extensively and has eaten at countless pho restaurants throughout the country, I can confidently say this was the worst pho I have ever been served. Overpriced, poorly prepared, missing items, misleading portions, and an excessively salty broth. For more than $50, this experience was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable.
I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, quality pho."

The next item I was blown away by were the Peanut Butter Balls!!! My mama and other family members always made them around the holidays, but they were never this good. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese (B.E.C.) Croissant was good, but no better than anywhere else. I wished I had been given the choice of a White Chocolate and Macadamia cookie, but they must've been out of that option, as well as, the Chocolate Chip; so, I settled for the remaining Large Cookie available, which was simply just okay. My biggest disappointment was the Chocolate Espresso Beans. Every "coffee shoppe" or barista, in my humble opinion, should serve these; yet the only time I seem to ever find them in even the best of the best of coffee shoppes are around the holidays. I was thrilled when I saw that they were not only available on the menu, but also the espresso beans, according to the menu description, were covered in DARK chocolate!!!! Just look at the picture of them below and see the nice clump of beans, too, but sadly, I got milk chocolate covered beans (yuck!!!!) and such a tiny bit of beans, too!!!!! All in all, I will say, I will definitely go back for the coffee, and by the way, this barista offers many other delectable coffees and teas, as well. I'm planning on trying the Matcha Tea next!!!! (Oh, and I won't forget the Peanut Butter Balls, either. ;D) They also serve scones, but the Jalapeño were the only ones available."

Overall, Bonefish Grill is the best delivery we've had in the last 2 years. They have not skimped on their quality through the pandemic! That is a really big deal for us as we have been really disappointed with most restaurants during the pandemic.

The brownie batter was OK but released it out is that I ordered large I ordered three large and one regular they all came in the exact size. Same container the difference between the large and the regular was that the large was filled up all the way to the little dome covering where the regular it was just filled up to like in the cup, only not exceeding the size of the cup. The problem is is that the large should have been put into another container. When you open up the dome on the top all of the ice cream that's overfilled on the cup falls out and then the extra dollar that you paid to get the large all that's gone. Fatal flaw in their packaging therefore wouldn't really order it again not sustainable to get somewhere if you're driving down the road even if you're driving down the road because ice cream is ice cream and it melts a little bit."
