I'm not a huge pancake fan in general, but I think the zest of the lemon curd sauce and tart blueberries offsets the sweetness really well. "On the Meat Lovers Skillet the veggies were all cold and not cooked. Cheese wasn't melted. Potatoes were still really hard as well. The eggs were good. This dish has a lot more potential, it should be made with shredded hash browns and would be a whole lot better. It is not good the way it is made today. The biscuits were overcooked and tough. They are small and not fluffy like every where else. I keep trying this place hoping it will get better and it just never does which is frustrating because it is so close. Owasso has so many good breakfast places and we need one here in Collinsville. Corner Cafe is not it."
