"I love Jersey Mikes Subs. This was a delivery. I ordered 3 subs. All of the subs the bread was smashed. It's apparent by the condition of the bag and wrapper it's NOT the delivery drivers fault. The bread was very hard, smashed and stale. We chocked it up to getting served the last of the bread knowing the store would be closed for the next couple of days because of the snow storm coming. "I ordered the Build A Bowl Large. I opted for a 4th veggie, which was no where to be found in this bowl. My protein of choice was salmon, which was slightly overcooked but the flavor was good. My base was kale and quinoa which was barely there, plus the quinoa was actually rice - looked like rice but def not quinoa.
Total the bowl was barely 1/2 full., adding the salmon on top made it appear to be more.
When asked why the ingredients were so scant, I was told because it's portioned to be healthy. I'm a nutritionist so I understand healthy portions, but 8oz of salmon with barely 3/4 cups of veggies is not really it.
She offered to add more by saying, "I could charge you for more veggies if you want more".
The flavors are good and it's convenient but this bowl is not worth $27."
