"I am reviewing the Sunday Brunch Cupcake. I'm going to review all six separately as I m not intending on eating them all at once. First Off these are not box store mass produced baked goods.
The frosting is not overly sweetened crisco and powdered sugar (THANK THE HEAVENS). THESE Cupcakes are normal size cupcakes- not miniature size, not large muffin size (if that's the sizes your looking for you'll probably not be happy).
SUNDAY BRUNCH: exactly as described and delicious. the cake is billoy soft and the flavor is true cinnamon (think of smelling warm coffee cake baking). The frosting is true cream frosting: perfectly whipped, no artificial taste, imagine more like dream whip as opposed to cool whip or heavy crisco. The frosting is delicious maybe closer to Swedish Buttercream or Italian Buttercream; it's just heavenly. Only lightly sweet.
Keeping this review in mind you shouldn't be disappointed at all."
"I'm a frosting snob, I like whipped cream frosting. That's about it. I liked the frostng on the vanilla cupcake for a brief moment,until I got to the cupcake part. I don't know if it's possible to make a cupcke, but with a cupcake topping intead of frosting. The frosting on these only hinder you from heaven.
Having said that, before biting into the cupcake I would have sang the frostings praises. As a big girl, it just gets in the way.
These are hands down the most moist, fresh and best cupcakes I've ever had.
