I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my experience at Domino’s Pizza. My order took an ridiculously long time to arrive, and when I finally received it, the pizza was completely burnt on top and undercooked on the inside.
This is absolutely unacceptable! I paid for a properly prepared pizza, not something that is practically inedible. This is by far the worst pizza experience I have ever had.
I demand a full refund immediately. I want my money back so I can purchase a decent pizza somewhere else.
The quality of the food and the service were absolutely terrible. What I received was complete garbage and a total waste of my time and money.

I spent ~$40 on this meal and it was so bad that I ended up throwing it away.

"The Nashville chicken seemed like it was not fully cooked. Some parts of the chicken were very reddish pink in color, the texture was slimy/gelatinous. The fried cauliflower were not cooked all the way, the breading was very floury tasting, and the cauliflower was very crisp inside (not from frying but from rawness) and tasted raw. It didn't even seem fresh - more like it had sat out after being cooked then reheated before it was sent to me.I've ordered these same items multiple times and it just seems so inconsistent. "It said this place was new to Doordash so I decided to try it out. I got a 12 inch Pepperoni Pizza and House Creamy Ranch . The pizza is perfect imo. The crust in on the thinner side when compared to pizza chains, which is good so you're not getting a bunch of bread in your mouth. Nice and crispy outer crust, but a little soft at the same time. Good amount of cheese that tastes nice and not like the cheaper plastic cheese that value pizza places use. Pepperoni is great, thin, on the mild side not overpowering with flavor. Marinara is not overpowering either, but it is spiced and flavorful. Everything is balanced correctly. My only complaint is that I wish they added more pepperoni, but I guess if you want more then order extra. Now for the ranch. The House Ranch is 5 stars. Tastes fresh and not out of a bottle and has the perfect amount of flavor. Perfect for dipping your pizza in and you get a lot. Highly recommend getting the ranch if you like ranch with pizza. "It was ok, a bit dry definitely not worth the Saturday night pizza craving. I ordered extra cheese, no way was there extra cheese, barely any mushrooms, pepperoni or sausage super skimpy on the topping. Garlic knots were a little better but not very garlicky. And I ordered Alfredo sauce to dip in and did not receive it"
"Stuck home recovering from surgery. Ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza, salad and apple desert pizza. I was impressed that they would make a salad bar salad and list the toppings to choose from. However, the pizza was disgusting. It didn't taste, feel or smell like pizza. The crust was dense, heavy, rubbery and they left off at least one listed ingredient. Thank goodness I only ordered a small. It's hard enough to pay inflated prices through door dash, but to have it be so bad is discouraging. I'm not expecting much from the dessert pizza."

"I was happily surprised, but this is the best thin crust pizza in the state and I grew up here! It reminded me of my favorite New York, Coronado and Paradise Valley Pizzeria's! They could work on pricing vs quantity but we are officially fans otherwise! "Hands down the best pizza we've had in Utah. The crust is fabulous, ingredients superb and portions appropriate. We ordered extra sauce and more done crust which gives it a great bottom crunch while still perfect on the top. It also reheats better than anything else we've tried.
