"9.9/10 Hamburger Steak was quite good, delicious beef gravy and nice mushrooms and onions. Only slight complaint is that there's no bread. We're aware most "hamburger steak" don't come with bread, but it is listed in the sandwich section. Even just a bottom layer of bread with butter would take it over the edge. Meat was a little dry, but overall very good. The Steak Wrap is a little bit small but loaded with flavour. The steak bites are quite flavourful and there's a hefty amount of cheese. The Kids Cheeseburger is very large for a kids burger, worth every penny. We got mashed potatoes with everything and just like last time they were fluffy and delicious and they send loads of butter on the side."

The signature cheese sauce was completely missing. Without it, the whole thing is bone-dry and flavorless.
The Service is really bad. The ordering system does not work. You can not choose a drink with your meal. You can not even pick a dipping sauce, for the fries. The Service needs to fix this problem with the ordering system.
