First of all, there was no option for traditional or panini for any of the burgers (which we cross referenced on another food delivery site), so opted for the low carb "BUN" - thinking weird, but how bad could it be? To our disappointment it was a 2cm thick pancake that tasted of chemical mush. Who ever dreamt that up in the board room should be fired. Ordered pineapple as an extra, it was an ultra-thin deli meat style shaving and charred black. Have ordered pineapple many times from Grill'd and its always a normal slice? Chips were soggy and little to none of the herb seasoning. Everything soggy and smothered in sauce. "

"Genuinely disgusting, the mozzarella sticks were fine for what they are, out of the frozen packaging into the fryer but four tiny sticks for twenty dollars seriously? (And 2.50 for a tiny vat of sauce?) but the really catcher are the wings, the wings in particular were dripping with oil, no a gram of salt either sprinkled on or seasoned into the meat itself, some of the greasiest and most flavourless food I've ever eaten.
I don't like wasting food especially for how expensive this meal was for what I got but Christ was it foul and I could not eat more than half. If you're wondering why I even paid for this, who doesn't try something new just to see how it is and now that I have I can confidently warn you do NOT get anything from their fryers."

One single sad piece of lettuce and a bit of red onion. A full slice of tomato which I admit was good to see. But honestly a $4 chicken royale from Hungry Jacks is more exciting to eat than this. "Batter on the Potato Scallops and Fish Cocktails was 10/10. Stayed really crunchy, and didn't go overly soggy or stale even when left in the fridge overnight. Tasted fresh and perfectly cooked.
It is worth paying extra for the chicken salt - I'm not sure which brand they use, but it's delicious!
A note that the side sauces are actually good sized containers poured by the restaurant, not pre-packaged sachets or squeeze packets. I'm guessing that this is why they are $2 each vs <$1 or included in the cost?
Unfortunately, we found that lemon is not supplied by default either.
Despite the additional costs with extras normally included in the price (e.g. chicken salt, sauce, lemon), we will continue to reorder from this restaurant in the future as quality has been a consistent 5/5 from these guys. Batter is fantastic, fish tastes fresh, potato scallops are a perfect thickness, etc. "
