Schlotzsky's sent broccoli cheese soup and an original (no extra meat) with lettuce and the bread was wet and soggy as if it had been sitting there for a while. This store is awful! I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right! Doesn't matter if I go through the drive through or DD, my order is rarely correct and the bread lacks the quality that Schlotzsky's used to be known for.

Chile con Queso is usually a better consistency than it was tonight I think it might have just gotten cold or something cause it was thicker than normal, but still tasted great. 10/10 would always recommend."
