The box was floppy and partially smashed, which didn’t help the presentation. The toppings were incredibly skimpy. Two slices of pepperoni per slice is just embarrassing for a $35 large pizza. The crust and cheese tasted more like a frozen grocery store pizza that had been thrown in the oven than something made fresh. For the price, I expected a quality pizza loaded with toppings. The hamburger I ordered along with it was just so I could have something too and save on delivery fee was surprisingly good! It is a legitimate good burger! And with cheddar cheese! They let you pick your cheese! And the soda is obviously a fountain drink, which is cool. I like that! The mashed potatoes I don’t like this thing that people are doing where they’re putting them in little cardboard cups, and putting a top on it and they’re just all mushed in there. "The Matcha Royale - Classic was really good. There was some confusion with the boba. I accidentally chose the crystal brown sugar boba instead of the honey boba which is regular boba. Once I realized that the boba wasnt how I would've liked it I asked if they could remake it how I would like it. They did, I am very happy with my order."

Drinks are incredibly watered down with very little tea flavor, drinks are very inconsistent from order to order, and amount of toppings have decreased.
