"Not super "authentic" Italian but they do Al -dente" noodles, which is. The flavor was GREAT and I devoured it in minutes. Calamari was nice and crisp (even as to-go), smaller potion of chicken Alfredo was still a lot of food, kids tortellini was a good size and great flavor. Surprise garlic knots were a bonus, but they have more of a dinner roll texture, which isn't a bad thing. Very pleased!"
