Missing a chicken sandwich from my order
The Loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac 'n Cheese was really small for being the same price as a sandwich.
Fries were the worst. They obviously saw a DoorDash order and just dumped the old fries in. They were beyond just room temp, they were going stale. Ever taste leftover fries you brought home? Yeah, that's where they were.
I only added the second Star because the roast beef is still tasty. "

"Love, love, love this restaurant! Excellent food and wide variety of menu options. My all-time favorites include the One Tomato, Two Tomato eggs benedict dish and the Biscuits & Gravy. The only thing I would kindly mention is when ordering via Door Dash, if a drink is included in the order, it often times is missed and is not included. Just a kind suggestion for improvement but nothing worth complaining about. I certainly hope this restaurant is around for the long haul. I will be, and have been, a repeat customer!"
"Excellent 3 Little Pigs Omelet (adding spinach & mushrooms). I got one Classic Buttermilk Pancake as a side. It was doughy & not fully cooked. Normally, the pancakes are incredible. I thi k it was a one off. Recommend!"

"This is one of my favorite restaurants. The chai cream custard is divine and every dish and tea I've ordered has been exceptional. The service is amazing--the barista even wrote me a note to let me know they could not do the particular tea I ordered as decaf--which was super sweet and very much appreciated! Love this place! :)"
"Capri sandwich had way too much egg and was pretty messy and tasteless. It was hard to hold and just fell apart. Also, stop putting sandwiches in tiny boxes that make it difficult to take out the sandwich without it falling apart.
Capuccino was very weak. It tasted like a cup of warm milk with a little bit of cheap coffee flavoring in it. It's like they just want you to pay more for extra espresso shots to make it a real Cappuccino.
I hadn't tried Frothy Monkey for a long time and hoped it was better. Unfortunately it was not, and continues to be just another Franklin tourist trap. "
